- ½ tsp pepper
- 1tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 pound tilapia, cut into pieces
- The Dressing:
- 8 oz. light sour cream
- ½ cup adobo sauce
- 2tb. Lime juice
- 2tsp. grated lime zest
- ¼ tsp. chili power
- Taco Topping 10 tortillas
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- Grated cheddar cheese
To begin with this recipe a person should start with the marinade. Mix the oil, vinegar, lime juice, zest, honey, garlic, chili power, Old Bay, pepper, and hot sauce until they are well blended together. Add this mixture to the dish. Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
To make the dressing for the tacos mix the sour cream and adobo. Add the lime juice, the zest, and the seasonings. Chill in the refrigerator.
To assemble the taco heat up the grill. Grill the fish around 9 minutes until it is tender and flaky. Put the fish in the middle of the tortilla. Add the tomato, cabbage, dressing, and cheese. Roll up and enjoy.

Easy Ranch Chicken

- 8 chicken breasts, cut into halves
- 2 packages ranch dressing mix
- ¼ cup of bread crumbs
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees. Mix the ranch dressing and the bread crumb in a bag. Add the chicken to the bag and shake until the chicken is fully coated. Put the chicken on a baking sheet. Bake 25- 30 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink inside. This chicken goes great with any vegetables and has a nice and crispy texture. This is great for people that are looking for a healthy alternative to fried chicken.
