Many people think that diet soda is a great alternative to regular soda with sugar. Studies have determined that people that drink diet soda were more likely to have fat in their midsection. A person should switch to a drink such as water with a lemon as an alternative to both soda and diet soda. They still get some flavor but without storing belly fat.
People that eat too much-saturated fat tend to have stubborn belly fat that will not go away. Instead of eating a hamburger and other foods that are high in saturated fat a person should switch to fish which contain the healthier polyunsaturated fats. This will reduce the amount of belly fat a person has while allowing them to fill up during mealtime.
These are just some of the reasons why a person may not be losing their belly fat. If a person notices these habits they can make the needed changes in order to help a person finally get rid of the unwanted fat in their mid section.
