When a person is looking to lose weight there are several diet plans they can try. Many of these plans are ineffective. Phase 1

Phase 3

During this phase a person will learn how to maintain their designed weight. They will still only be allowed to consume around 1,500 calories a day. At this point there will be foods that will be allowed to be slowly brought back into the diet. This includes some starchy vegetables. A few carbs will be allowed. A person will also be able to eat some grains as long as they are gluten free. A small amount of dairy will also be allowed into the diet.
