You can enjoy anything if you can make it interesting. You can use spices, herbs, flavored vinegar to add taste. I am sure you will not find it boring. To bring change do not eat same food every day. Bring variety while cooking. You can cook different things in every day so that you can get close to be your low carb diet meal for your fitness and attractive figure.
Lack of nutrients!
There is another popular myth that low carb diet is missing required nutrients. This is not right. If you are careful and chose healthy carbohydrate for the carbs , fruits and vegetables you can easily meet up the demand of nutrients in your body.
Low carb diet is less energetic, that is another popular myth. Here again I have to say that the myth is incorrect like the old ones. Your energy level will depend on you. If you chose something healthy in your low carb meal surely you will get the required energy from your food. If you cant then it is your foolishness. That is why m I suggest everyone who are adopting low carb diet to consult with nutrients. He can give you a good food cahrt as per as your body need. So be a little tricky when you decided to chose low carb diet for your meal plan.
