The breakfast should be high in protein while being low in fat and carbs.

Just because a person is looking to lose weight in a week does not mean they have to feel hungry. There are a number of options for a filling dinner. Dinner should be high in protein some examples of protein rich dinners include grilled pork chops with fresh vegetables, a vegetables frittata, and grilled chicken or fish. All of these proteins can be served over fresh greens.

Drinks

In order to lose weight quickly a person should be careful what they drink. Water is the best option and can replace soda, and other drinks that contain sugar. Green tea is high in antioxidants and is another great option.

These are just some changes that a person can make to their diet in order to lose weight in a week. This diet can be used by people that need to lose eight quickly and want to lose body fat in a short period of time.
